Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all Bets voided, and any balance — including deposits — may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the originating payment method at zh8800's discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered to a Pakistani network (Jazz, Zong, Ufone, or Telenor).
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active zh8800 Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. zh8800 reserves the right to close all associated duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances or Bonuses held within them.
You must promptly notify zh8800 at [email protected] if any of your registered details change. zh8800 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep Account details current and accurate.
Account Verification: zh8800 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at registration and at any point during the life of your Account. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by zh8800 may result in restriction or closure of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh8800 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
All Bets placed and transactions conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated the activity, unless you have previously reported to zh8800 that your Account security has been compromised.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify zh8800 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. zh8800 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period.
zh8800 will never ask you for your full password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from zh8800 and requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
zh8800 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and cash deposit channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, and are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are ordinarily credited to your zh8800 Wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. zh8800 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited into your zh8800 Wallet must originate from a payment account that belongs to you personally and is registered in your name. zh8800 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with our licensing obligations, zh8800 applies anti-money laundering (AML) checks to all deposit and withdrawal activity. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal where AML checks require it.
zh8800 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of zh8800's control. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your zh8800 Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

zh8800's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zh8800 Wallet in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zh8800 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party infrastructure outages, and circumstances beyond zh8800's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. zh8800 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during such periods.
